LAYUNIN (Goals)

By the end of this unit, the learner will be able to:

1. construct a simple sentence in Filipino consisting of a Subject and a Predicate
2. ask and answer a question in the positive and negative forms.
3. state simple statements about oneself: age, birthplace, nationality, residence, etc.
4. distinguish speech patterns between peers and elders.
5. familiarize oneself with cultural and historical Filipino icons.
