Joyce: Hey Eddie! Wake up. What time are you coming over? We might be late getting there.
Eddie: What’s with you? You’re disturbing people so early in the day.
Joyce: Wake up already! There’ll be lots of traffic on 405 now, ‘cuz everyone is going out-of-town.
Eddie: Okay, okay! You win already. I’ll be there at 11:00!
Joyce: Eleven?! Be here at nine!
Eddie: Okay! Bye!

At Joyce’s house:
Knock, knock, knock
Eddie: Joyce…
Joyce: Just come in! Just sit on the sofa and feel at home.
Eddie: Thank you! Say, do you happen to have food? I didn’t get to eat breakfast at my house.
Joyce: Excuses, excuses! Okay whatever is there, you can have. Just make sure you pack us some food after you’re done eating,
Eddie: Are Mike and others coming?
Joyce: Yes, they said we’ll just meet up at Malibu.

Eddie: What is our plan when we reach Malibu?
Joyce: What I heard from Mike is that we’ll be having a picnic by the beach. They said we’ll also be cooking there. They will bring fish, shrimp and lobster.
Eddie: Hmmm. I’m so hungry.
Joyce: Then of course, we will swim in the beach and maybe in the afternoon, we will hike up the
mountain close by.
Eddie: Hmmm. Sounds like a good plan.
