Take a survey of how Filipino speakers accept and turn down an invitation by making  an inventory of expressions they use in Filipino when you approach them with an invitation to a (fictitious) event.

Informal:
May salu-salo sa amin sa isang linggo.  Sa Sabado ng alas singko.
Libre ka ba? Sana makarating ka. 

Respectful form:
May salu-salo pos a amin sa isang linggo. Sa Sabado po ng alas singko.
Libre po ba kayo?  Sana po makarating kayo.
